Motografix Automotif do not sell O.E graphics. We only sell graphics made on site in the U.K

1: Full payment is required BEFORE goods are despatched. If you are paying by credit / debit card, you will not be charged until the day of despatch. If payment is made by cheque we will require extra time before despatch, to allow payment to clear.

2: All Motografix orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded / Special delivery. On occasions this may add an extra day to the delivery, but this service insures your goods against loss or damage in transit, and enables us to trace its progress if the need arises. A signature will be required upon receipt, we are happy to deliver to an alternative address if this makes signing for your post easier.

For larger items separate arrangements can be made, quotes available upon request.

3: Although Motografix use the very latest digital manufacturing process, there are still some limitations. Where ever possible we endeavour to colour match our products to the manufacturers O.E colours. In a few cases a 100% perfect colour match is unobtainable, but all our products are designed to enhance & work in harmony with O.E finishes. For bespoke work we will not accept returns based on an incorrect colour match if you have failed to supply us with a correct colour sample.

4: If upon receipt you find your goods incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours.

Faulty or incorrect goods must be returned BEFORE we issue replacements.

5: All Motografix products are manufactured from the best materials the industry offers.

All our vinyl's are 8 year California tested (the best), our resin coating is guaranteed not to bubble or yellow (the best), and our Thermal & Screen printing systems are also the best. This is why only Motografix can offer a full lifetime guarantee with all its products, against loss of adhesion & colour fastness. To qualify for the Motografix lifetime guarantee please return the warranty agreement form included with the product. Complete all sections fully and return within 28 days of purchase. If your product is missing the warranty form, please call us prior to fitment to register your product. The Motografix lifetime guarantee is only applicable when products are used on genuine manufactures O.E paintwork. Due to the varying quality of aftermarket paintwork we will not be responsible for any adverse effects caused by any of our products on such surfaces.

6: All Motografix bespoke work must be paid for in full in advance of any work commencing. Free quotes available upon request, no bespoke jobs will be undertaken prior to full payment being authorised. All Motografix bespoke work commissioned, is made to order, therefore we cannot refund, cancel or alter your order once production has commenced. If you cancel prior to production you will still be liable for the cost of design & job set up. An extra cost may be incurred if alterations to your original design are required prior to production.

If you do decide to cancel or alter an order please call immediately, we will do our best to help you.

7: Please check your Motografix order upon receipt. We will not re-issue missing or incorrect goods after a period of 14 days from despatch.

8: Motografix will not accept responsibility for products damaged during their application. Due to the colour and graphic variations on the 2 year cycle of sportsbike models it is sometimes necessary to remove the standard manufacturers decals when fitting numberboards. Offer the product up to the bike before adhesion is made to determine whether this is the case. We supply full written fitting instructions with every product, if these instructions are followed correctly fitment is made easy. However if you need any extra advice on fitment etc please feel free to call us BEFORE YOU START application, we will be happy to explain the best technique for fitting your Motografix product.

9: Motografix reserves the right to alter designs without prior notification. Web images are for guidelines only. Goods must be returned in their original state immediately if unsatisfactory.

What level of secure encryption do you use?

SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange

What is SSL?

SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) is a protocol which encrypts data between the web browser and server. This is especially important for sites such as online shops where customers are asked to enter their credit card details. Typically a normal website sends all these details in "clear text" (no encryption) and it is possible for a third party to "sniff" these details during transmission. SSL cures this problem by encrypting the information with a key which only only the webserver can decrypt. There are various strengths of keys available. We use 128 bit encryption from Thawte.

Secured URLs can be determined by a padlock () in the bottom left screen of the web browser. Here, visitors can click this to view information about the URL they are viewing.
